Visa Validity

Passport
The applicant's actual passport. The passport must:
- Have six blank visa pages
- Be valid for six months beyond exit date
Photograph(s)
One passport sized colour photograph. The photograph must:
- Be taken within the last three months and printed on high-quality photo paper
- Be taken against an all white background
- Be 45mm (h) by 35 mm (w)
- Provide the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression
- You may wear neither eyeglasses nor headwear except for religious purposes
- Your photo should be glued to the designated section of the visa application form (in the absence of a designated area, affix to the top right or top left corner).
Proof of Travel Arrangements
- A copy of the flight confirmation showing onward/return travel

Multiple Entry Visas
The Brunei High Commission in Canberra is only authorised to issue single entry visas. If you wish to apply for a multiple entry visa, you may do so at the Immigration and National Registration Department, Ministry of Home Affairs once you arrive into Brunei Darussalam.

Application Process
The inviting party/sponsor must organize approval for a business visit visa from the Department of Immigration and National Registration in Brunei. The procedure is as follows:
- The sponsor/inviting party in Brunei must submit the visa application to the Visa and Diplomatic Section / Department of Immigration and National Registration in Brunei
- Once the approval letter is issued, the applicant can proceed to the nearest Brunei Darussalam Embassy/Consulate to obtain the visa
